I am sick and tired of this company lying to me about delivering my order, when very clearly, it WAS NOT DELIVERED!!!

I used to receive Mally cosmetics 2 or 3 years ago and stopped because their customer service was THE WORST!!! I called many many times to stop automatic delivery and they kept charging me!!! Then recently I decided to try them once more and now they are saying they delivered my order, but they did NOT!!!

I ordered this a month ago and still have not received it! I sent 3 emails to inquire about my order. They sent one email in response and only said sorry for the delay we will let you know when it ships. No other details about when it will be shipped or explanation about this delay!! I have paid for this and this is how they treat their customers?! They are a terrible company with despicable customer service! I will never purchase from this company again! I will wait a couple more days and then I will call my credit card company and file a dispute.

Bad customer service

Ordered one product. Received and didnt like it at all and was super small amount for what I paid. I have tried their online chat twice & they can never find my order or my l account. They have sent to Sr customer service who is very slow to respond. Waiting for someone to tell me how to receive refund.

I did return to sender and they kept my ~$56 subscription claiming since I had no tracking number for unopened box with receipt inside by USPS that I couldn't get refund. I couldn't afford it and was injured yet subscription people would never stop it just offered to continue to delay it... If you want Mally order from QVC with great return policy no subscription needed. Same box every time, comes too soon.

Mally Beauty has refunded my $64 back to my account on 08/04/22 thankfully. Do not mail back to this company without proof I found. I almost didn't get my refund.

Defective product and no way to talk to customer service to get my money back or product replacement. You order from here and you better just pray everything is good. Otherwise you just loose out.

Worst fulfillment & Customer Service

I hate the fact that I like these products because every time I place an order I never receive an email with the order summary, no notice for shipping, and to get the merchandise takes a minimum of 30 days. I do get an email the day I place the order with no info and a wrong customer service number listed. I wish I could rate this company lower than 1 star.

Pushy automatic shipments program. Products are overpriced.

I ordered a trial of cosmetics to try and got automatically signed up for an automated shipment every 3 months, for which you HAVE to order a minimum of 3 products and if you don't postpone it, they send 3 products and bill you without any notification. There is no way to cancel the program on their website and when I called the company the rep just kept trying to talk me into not cancelling. Very pushy sales tactics. Other companies have similar products for less money and are customer service orientated. Not worth the hassle.

I've not received any real contact with someone. I've changed my payment system. They have deducted a portion on July 9th. I will wait to either hear from them, or if they attempt to deduct another payment. this is quite disturbing that this company will not allow you to change setups past what they want. If this could have been on hold for at least a few months, i would be fine. I explained in a text to them, that by not going to work, i do not need this product every other month. When/If i return to work, I would have probably still wanted these, but not now. the website keeps you in a loop and you cannot actually get to a "real" chat or phone call. Thanks for the email.

I cancelled my subscription and they kept sending boxes and taking money out of my account. I sent back all the items and they still kept sending them! I contacted my post office and they sent everything back RTS. I called my bank and put a stop on all their withdrawals.....Please, contact your state attorney general as this company is a scam!
